Ms. Jenny
Ms. Jenny Mena Zapata joined us in December 2021 with a double major in Psychology & Africana Studies and a minor in Russian Language. She has almost a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education & Elementary Education with extra training in Early Childhood Administration and Curriculum Planning. Ms. Jenny completed the Teach for America Program and taught first-grade Spanish immersion in Missouri for several years. Ms. Jenny has experience in infants up to second graders and enjoys building relationships with each and every one of the students, families & staff at HLC. 

Ms. Angie

Ms. Dannerys A. Gomez V. affectionately known as Ms. Angie has been with HLC since January 2015. Not only has Ms. Angie dedicated her love and encouragement to children and staff in HLC, but all 3 of her children have attended HLC also! Ms. Angie is a creative, enthusiastic, and loving teacher to children of multiple ages. Not only has Ms. Angie gained teaching experience over the years but she has her CDA in Early Childhood Preschool while completing education courses in Infant & Toddler development and curriculum. She has used this extensive knowledge gained over time of each of the classrooms to exceed in her role as HLC's Assitant Director.
